Artisan created Mokume-Gane with color matched accents and a hint of gold! Mokume Gane (pronounced Moe-koo-may Gah-nay) is an ancient Japanese metalworking technique, developed in feudal Japan by master swordsmiths. The name translates as "wood-grain metal," referring to one of the most popular patterns created to adorn samurai swords. I have mimicked it here using a clay product. Approximately 20" long it is accompanied by matching earrings.
